About US


In 1966 Key Largo Mobile Home sites, Inc was incorporated in order to develop land near mile marker 104.5 in Key Largo, Florida. In 1972 the Club house tract within Key Largo Mobile Home sites was deeded to Taylor Creek Village Association, Inc (A non –profit Florida corporation). Throughout the years our community has been referred to as Taylor Creek Village. We are a small community of approximately 160 lots with mobile homes, pre fabricated homes, and concrete structure homes. We have approximately 60 canal front lots, and 100 dry lots within our community.

Our association is a voluntary association with one time membership fee, and minimal annual dues. All members enjoy full use of our park, which include Boat Ramp, Large Chickee hut for gatherings, boat trailer storage, and restrooms. All Taylor Creek lot owners, and resident renters are invited to join our association, and make use of our facilities.For information on joining we ask you please use the contact us tab ,and completely fill out  all the information including your email .
